Allu Arjun's hand got injured while the shoot of a fight scene in Varudu. Bunny was taken to the hospital the very next and informed that he is having a hairline fracture in his hand.Still a song and some small scenes yet to be completed. Varudu was expected to release by this March 26th but now its now resulted in a bit comfusion
